Established in 1972, the Cartersville School of Ballet is known for a "Tradition of Excellence" in training dancers from a young age to an advanced level. The studio offers many exciting classes that include Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Mommy and me, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Clogging, Stretch/Strength and Ballet/Tap combination classes. The studio is the official home of the Cartersville City Ballet that annually presents the holiday classic "The Nutcracker" and "A Dance Kaleidoscope" plus performs at many local events.
